Founded by Pamela Baldwin, a leader in child development and owner of FINtastic Swim School Inc., and The Helpers Camp blends premium childcare expertise with real-world skills to help children grow into confident, kind, and capable individuals. 

This unique program teaches kids how to help, when to seek help, and how to respond with confidence in everyday or unexpected situations; all through playful learning, guided activities, and hands-on creativity.

What Is The Helpers Camp?

The Helpers Camp is an interactive enrichment camp where children learn about safety, responsibility, and community through real-life role models. Through the camp, kids meet and learn from everyday helpers such as firefighters, lifeguards, teachers, and other community professionals where they will engage in hands-on activities, stories, and play.

Each session helps children understand how helpers keep us safe, what to do in different situations, and how they can also be confident helpers in their own lives. Lessons are taught in a fun, age-appropriate way that encourages curiosity, teamwork, and confidence, all from the convenience of your own home.

What Kids Learn

A Week of Learning & Fun

Each camp day will focus on a new helping theme, and will be filled with arts, crafts, physical activities, and engaging lessons designed to prepare children for real-life situations. Along the way, they will learn the value of helping and build decision-making skills that will keep them safe and empower them to become confident leaders in their own families and communities.  

A Private In-Home Camp

One of the elements that makes this experience unique is that we come to you. In doing so, your child has the ability to learn in a safe and familiar environment within their own community.

You put together your group, and we handle all registrations and communications, so you don’t have to worry about the logistics.

Classes accommodate a 5-15 children (ages 3-12, potty-trained required).

A minimum of 5 children is required to form a group.

    • Groups of 5 children – $850/week per child

    • Groups of 6–10 children – $750/week per child

    • Groups of 11–15 children – $650/week per child

      $50 non-refundable registration fee
      $200/day drop-in rate

    • Groups of 5 children – $550/week per child

    • Groups of 6–10 children – $450/week per child

    • Groups of 11–15 children – $350/week per child

    $50 non-refundable registration fee
    $125/day drop-in rate

  • Half-Day, Morning: 9 AM - 12 PM 

  • Half-Day, Afternoon: 1 PM - 4 PM 

  • Full-Day: 9 AM - 3 PM
